Alpaca Begins With "A"
This is the first release in a series of
educational kits, for school age children.
The Kit entitled Alpaca Begins with "A" is for grades K-2
includes a Curriculum Guide and lesson plans . National standards for learning have been assigned.
Children and adults alike are raving about this kit. Now you can be a part of it too.
As you can see not only is the material high quality, but even the alpacas enjoy it!
Included in the kit, along with lesson plans, are samples of the highest quality Suri and Huacaya fiber.
The children meet Ima and Iman the alpaca and learn to explore their environment and communication skills through the use of a special journal.
A cotton back pack conveniently with the fun bus makes the trip home in "Come Along Home" all the more special.

CIABA developed these kits to help factually present Alpacas.
The Alpaca Discovery Learning Kits(c) brings national education right down to a LOCAL level.
This Kit is being distributed throughout the country.
As each of you purchase a kit you will have the unique opportunity to represent alpacas in your home town. You can offer to go to the schools with an alpaca and offer to have school tours at your farm.
Each Kit, sent to various states will include all the CIABA members in that state and how to contact them.
What an opportunity to teach others all about alpacas!
This first Kit was created for grades k-2.
Stay tuned for the coming Kits for grades 3-5
and all the way up to High School!

The book "Here I Am " by Amy Kefauver
is beautifully illustrated and is enjoyed by all who read it.
A special award is given to each child who finishes the curriculum!
You can purchase a kit
and use it for farm days and after school programs.
